About SAAC

SAAC was established in 2005, with a vision to develop world class soccer players in Canada on a continual and systematic basis by providing our members with the best-in-class training, facilities and competition. Membership has grown from 25 teams and just under 400 players to over 100 teams and 1,500 players in 2019.  In the past twelve years, Academy graduates have gone on to professional careers, trials overseas, NCAA scholarships and Canadian Universities. SAAC boasts some of the most experienced and educated coaches in the country, with over 65 professionally licensed coaches currently employed by its membership.

SAAC is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors. The board consists of a chairman, seven Academy Directors and two at large Directors. SAAC also maintains a full and part-time administrative staff to oversee the programs. The staff includes an Operations Manager, Chief Referee, Discipline Chair and Conveners.  Therapy staff and game officials are contracted as required.

Please note that Soccer Academy Alliance Canada is NOT a soccer academy. It is an association that regulates and promotes its members. To find out more about specific programs offered by the member academies, contact them directly. Thank you.
