RELEASE

Soccer Academy Alliance Canada is proud to introduce the London Football Academy as its newest School of Excellence. London FA was recently approved as an OSA-recognized Academy and has also undergone a successful review process for SAAC membership.

“We are looking forward to bringing in an organization with a solid foundation and an opportunity to expand our presence in a hotbed of soccer in Ontario,” declared Lino Terra, Operations Manager for SAAC. “We are especially excited that they will hit the ground running with an active female program, which we are hoping to strengthen across the membership in 2015”.

The Academy will be led by Dave Peak, who holds a Canadian Soccer Association National ‘A’ license and has over 35 years of coaching experience at various levels, from developmental to high performance. Dave has been both a Provincial Head Coach and Assistant Coach with U14, U15 and U16 Boys and Girls as well as the Canada Games Head Coach (U18) for women [2009] and men [2013]. Dave’s mandate will be to develop every player and coach involved in the academy programs. Administratively, the Academy will be supported by John Fleming and Eliot Pridoehl.
